ArBa’s founder, Hossein Bayat, started his education by receiving a bachelor’s degree in economics. He then pursued his first passion in healthcare, by completing his studies in earning a masters degree in medical sciences and in 2007 he earned a Ph.D. in pathology from Boston University School of Medicine. In 2017, Hossein began pursuing his other passion when he started developing properties in East Boston. Projects ranged from single family homes to 2 and 3 family buildings. In 2019 Hossein transitioned full time into real estate by receiving his MA real estate license and expand its portfolio to eastern Massachusetts. In 2020 ArBa Development was born to consolidate all of the projects.
